Most men don’t realize that there are premature ejaculation exercises
that can be done on a regular basis that help men last longer in bed.
The point of these exercises is to gain control over the orgasm so that
a premature ejaculation can be prevented. These exercises don’t
require special equipment and cost nothing, so there is nothing like
starting with the premature ejaculation exercises right now!
One of the better known premature ejaculation exercises is known as
a Kegel. This exercise is aimed at building up the muscles that are
directly responsible for controlling the ejaculation. It is only logical
that being able to tighten, hold or control these muscles is a great way
to prevent premature ejaculation. The best way to become familiar
with those muscles is to cut off urination. By stopping and letting go
again by urinating, then you will know where those muscles are and
get used to training them. One advantage of this exercise is that it can
be practiced anywhere and at anytime. All you have to do is tighten
your muscles and hold them that way for ten seconds and then
release. This can be repeated as often as you want.
Another of the more effective premature ejaculation exercises is
known as PC muscle squeezing. PC muscles are basically those on
your pelvic floor area and are around the scrotum, anus and penis.
This exercise can be done by interrupting urination. It is basically the
same as the Kegel exercises, but you have to be able to control the
stream or urine. Finally, premature ejaculation exercises would not be
complete if you do not do breathing exercises. If you are able to take
deep breaths and control your breathing while having sex, you will
most likely last a lot longer in bed and not have to worry about
premature ejaculation.
